My Story
I'm Kayla Bree - a transpersonal hypnotherapist, intuitive + medium, public speaker, and soon-to-be published author. Since childhood my life has been filled with paranormal experiences as I have always had the ability to see, read, and communicate with spirits, which eventually led me to a career as a psychic medium, though I've never been in the business of predicting futures but I have always been in the business to help people through their own personal & spiritual development & understanding their own paranormal experiences. As I got further into my work, I realized there was something missing when facilitating traditional mediumship & shadow work, so I stopped doing it. After my mother's passing in 2019 I was led down a rabbit hole of supernatural experiences, plant medicine, and karma work. My mom who is still very present in my life today, led me to back to school to pursue clinical & transpersonal hypnotherapy which proved to be exactly what I needed on my own personal development journey and what my clients needed to have lasting change on the subconscious & superconscious level.

As a proud graduate of The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa, FL, I noticed that all my practice clients often had deeply spiritual moments during my facilitation - reaching out to entities, departed loved ones, their higher selves, and quite literally things out-of-this-world which has always been right up my alley as I'm known for my knowledge of the paranormal. So my days of being a medium are over! I created a unique hypnosis method that completely eliminates the need for a psychic medium, but allows YOU to connect directly with loved ones, your higher self, or even beings from other dimensions. The work is simply me guiding you into a hypnotic state, while you take the lead on your session by accessing, visiting, and connecting with the other side on your own terms.
My work these days focuses solely on connecting you to the other side through hypnosis so you can evolve on an individual, collective, and cosmic scale.
